The year is 1986. Jake Fonko said no to the CIA when he was offered a contract that would take him on a covert mission to the Philippines. The job was to put a stop to a communist uprising that is targeting the U.S. bases there. The CIA agent, though, finds a way to blackmail him into doing it anways.
