A terrorist group has a very vocal target base - the world's richest. They give the elite an option; give away their wealth or die by an assassin's bullet. After five have been killed, a list of the next set of intended victims is released. Now working for MI-5, Alex King is handed the case because of his experience at the firing end of a sniper rifle but as he starts to look into things, someone starts to look at taking him out.
