This trip to another dimension Richard Blade was supposed to be accompanied by the feathered monkey he befriended in his previous adventure but when he arrived, he was alone. Distraught, Blade was surprised to find he was for only the second time in his many trips on a world he had visited before - Kaldak (spelled differently). Now the residents had learned to use the ancient technology they had forgotten and could threaten Blade's home dimension.
