Colonel Vladimir Kondrashev was a member of the KGB who had crossed swords with Camellion several times before and had always lost. Now he was lost in a different way, missing somewhere in East Germany. To Camellion's surprise, he is asked to travel there to bring him out for he was a double-agent for the CIA.
