The head of Project Toro, the NASA initiative to create the first space shuttle system, has been kidnapped from Cape Kennedy. The CIA says he has been nabbed by an ex-SS officer heading up a Red Chinese spy ring in the U.S. Camellion's job is to stop his being smuggled out of the country.
