An American defense contractor had many years before established a slush fund to bribe a major Saudi official to win lucrative contracts. Now the Panama Papers are being leaked to the press and a whole lot of unwelcome facts are coming out. This includes the slush fund as well as activities by the Taskforce. Pike Logan and Jennifer Cahill are ordered by the President to get the next set of leaks.
