In a prequel taking place 20 years ago, a delegation of OPEC officials and intel officers are taken hostage in Angola and moved into the Congo. Young Alex King, suffering from a failed mission against the IRA, is picked to lead the team to find and extract the hostages. A difficult task will prove to be next to impossible.
