A man with dual citizenship, British and that of an African nation, has been a major player in that nation's Ministry of Finance. With anti-colonialism growing, he decided to leave but the government is not happy about that and now wants him dead. The man sought sanctuary in the American Embassy which is now heavily guarded by soldiers with 'shoot on sight' orders. It is Charlie Dark's impossible job to get him to a waiting plane.
