While saving a Kuwaiti oil tanker, Juan Cabrillo and the Oregon team learn that a dying billionaire has allowed a terrorist group to get hold of a powerful poisonous chemical. When one of the team gets poisoned with it, Cabrillo will do anything to get the antidote.
