A South American jungle holds a secret, housed inside a plane that crashed there many decades ago. A detonator for a Nazi nuclear weapon remains in that plane and the wreckage of the plane is perched above a raging river. Also in that plane is a treaty between Germany, the US, and the UK. The CIA hires salvage expert Morgan Fox to recover the pilot, the treaty, and the bomb. Unfortunately, a rogue CIA agent has other plans.
