Things have gone from bad to worse for FBI agemt Jennifer Kingsley. She was on suspension when she and covert op, Jack Harmon, someone she does not trust, come across evidense of a terror cell in the U.S. When they check it out, they get framed for the killing of two cops and now all law enforcement is after them.
