The year is 1974. In Iran, the much hated and feared Shah is pushing more and more young people to the side of the Ayatollah. The President of the United States is worried about losing the arms race and wants to increase nuclear testing. The Ayatollah wants to get his hands on a nuclear bomb and use it to strike at the Shah's protector, America. The CIA Director knows there is little he can do to stop his boss but going up against the Muslim leader and his plans, that's something else again, especially with a weapon like John Levis to use.
