When Willie saw two goons attack two young women on the beach of a Caribbean island resulting in the death of one, he knew he had to step in. The surviving lady, Dinah Pilgrim, was an unwilling but important factor in a plan by the evil Gabriel and his even more despicable associate, Delicata. The latter was an old acquaintance of Garvin and easily the cruelest man Willie had ever faced. Now the two men were involved in a scheme to uncover an ancient treasure thought to be worth billions.
